This position is to sell residential property in Witbank and Middelburg areas. We are looking for applicants that want to start or get back into the workplace.
Ideally candidates who have been working in the property market. You will have a good knowledge of lifestyle choices and enjoy working and networking with people. You are focused and dedicated and understand that your earnings will be directly linked to your efforts and appreciated being well rewarded, for work well done.
You have your own vehicle and smart phone. You are comfortable finding your own stock utilising the extensive company resources, you negotiate well and you are willing to work when required as part of a team. You appreciate being able to work your own hours, full or part time.
You will have access to the free marketing tools (online & offline), real estate office and admin support (to minimise your time spent on doing paperwork) and attend free ongoing training opportunities.
You are driven to succeed and may already have some real estate experience, although for the right person this is not a requirement. You are mature, self motivated and want to earn in excess of R1 million per year. You are aware that real estate agents earn commission only and are eager to start to be named as the top sales agent in your area.
